Frequently asked questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Your subscription is managed through your App Store account, not from the App. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Gravity, and from there you can change your plan or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

I would like a refund. How do I request one?

Payments and refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, signing in with your Apple ID. If you would like to check anything first, feel free to write to us at contact@trygravity.app.

I switched phones or reinstalled the App: how do I restore my subscription?

Open Gravity, go to the App settings and tap "Restore Purchases". The active subscription linked to your Apple ID will be recognised. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase.

How do I delete my account and my data?

You can delete your account directly from the App, in the profile settings. Deletion is complete: it removes your data from our servers and from the connected services. This action is permanent. (Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — remember to cancel it from the App Store as described above.)
